Shanghai

The Energetic County Fair is proud to present Shanghai, who will be performing Friday, July 21st alongside Randy Bachman, Simon Kaos and Tantrum.
Shanghai originated in Fort St. John and toured Western Canada extensively throughout the 80’s. Sharing the stage at times with artists Trooper, Chilliwack, Dr. Hook, Doug and the Slugs, Mike Reno, Brian MacLeod and many more. Original members Cam Stewart (bass/vocals), Stan Dalsin (guitar/keys), Darren Slavik (guitar/keys) and Aubrey Kam (production) they still perform to this day.
Local artists, Kyle Emmerson (young gun) will be joining them on drums and Kevin Hicks on lead vocals. Kevin also extensively toured Canada throughout the 80’s opening for acts such as Headpins, Colin James, Toronto, Sheriff, and Killer Dwarfs.
